About ELI®

The partition wall system ELI® can be used in areas where no visual barriers are required and where transparency needs to be accentuated since the system’s main feature is the minimalism. The system enhances any environment and with its elegance and its flexibility allows to reconfigure interior spaces in a short time.

Indeed all the ELI® modules are easily and quick interchangeable without the integration of additional materials or accessories, and it is also possible to interchange the fixed modules with swing or sliding operable vents/doors.

The system consists of two aluminum rails, upper and lower, where the infill panels are accommodated, both with glass or opaque panels with a wide choice of option. The joint between the glass is done with minimal aluminum profile perfectly coplanar with the surface. The particular mirror-like finish gives an elegant horizontal rhythm without impacting on the lightness of the system. These joint profiles also accommodate special adhesive gaskets to ensure the necessary proof for a perfect acoustic compartment.

Aluminum Profiles System

Aluminum profiles are 6063-T6 alloy as per ASTM B221 norms .

The total dimension is 1 38'' x 1 38''.

The hinged swing door is all-glass without aluminum frame and can be provided either without noise isolation (glass-glass) and with proof aluminum profile with acoustic gaskets.

If necessary the system can accommodate elegant technical modules of extruded aluminum with removable walls to accomodate electric or signal cables. These modules can be placed next to the doors for the combined use of signage, lighting switch and touch screen panels to control all client needs. (see section optional)

Modules Configuration

The standard maximum dimension of the modules is 10'5 " height and 5" width, but it is also possible to design customized walls with higher glazing or panels previously consulting the company technical department. Doors can be single or double swing operable or full height sliding. It's possible to use alternative opaque materials instead of glass (see optionals) - maximum dimensions should be checked with the company technical department.


The system allows to tolerate the following dimensional errors: Floor level and ceiling errors: +/- 3/16". Slab deflection after installation: +/-3/16".


Aluminum profiles can be treated either with anodic coating and anodizing.


All accessories have been developed and designed in order to be integrated into the system and are in compliance with the standards for prolonged use over the years, both for mechanical reasons and for prolonged contact surfaces. The surface finishes can match the color of the profiles.


The glass, panels and doors gaskets are in transparent color silicone to be elegant and less visible as possible and not to impact the eye. The acoustic gaskets located under the base profile are mono-adhesive and foam. The brushes on the sliding doors are of prime quality 'high density' in light gray color in compliance with ASTM standards ASTM C 864, C 509, C 1115, E 2203.


The system can accommodate two different glass thicknesses: laminated glass A" + A" with double PVB or 1/4 + 1-4" with double PVB. The doors glass is 25/64" thick tempered glass or higher in relation to the size. Different types of soundproofing panels can be accommodated, for acoustic control, with different finishes in stone, wood, abs. Etc. (See cladding optionals) up to the maximum size of 1 3/8 ".


The installation of ELI partition wall, is an easy and fast procedure. Floor and ceiling surveys are needed to check the tolerances of the built situation, and can be easily done with laser instruments. Glass and infill panels are leveled inside the lower aluminum profiles with PVC plates with different thickness.

Customizable glass by modifying the structure of its crystals, and therefore of natural light transmission through laser engravings in material thickness. Plated panels are units of different kind of woods, laminates, veneers, honey-comb panels where edging on shaped with the center of the work to CNC for paper, PVC, ABS or wood edges up to 3 mm. Sectioning of panels or postforming bars, by means of machines with a computerized systems for the optimization of the cutting phase in order to reduce at least the waste material.
