Terms and Conditions

  1. Objective: The Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized and managed by ESWINDOWS, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Company”). The objective is to offer eligible customers a complimentary StormArmour® kit —a specialized system for sliding door water intrusion protection— (the “StormArmour® kit”) with the purchase of qualified sliding doors. Customers receive one (1) StormArmour® kit for every two (2) Eligible Products purchased within the same single order. Any subsequent modification or cancellation of the qualifying order may void eligibility for the complimentary StormArmour® kit.
  2. Campaign Period: The Campaign applies exclusively to orders placed and approved from November 17, 2025, until the promotional inventory of the StormArmour® kit is depleted. The Company reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
  3. Eligibility: This Campaign is available exclusively to single-family residential properties in Florida, whether existing or new customers. Multifamily or income-generating properties do not qualify.
  4. Customer Registration: To qualify for the complimentary StormArmour® kit, homeowners must register through the official link provided by the Company and submit all required information accurately. Failure to complete registration may result in ineligibility for the offer.
  5. Eligible Products and Exclusions: Eligible Products and Exclusions: Only the following products qualify: Elite Sliding Doors (ES-EL400), Prestige Sliding Doors (ES-SGD2020), and ES Windows Systems (ES-6000/6100, 2400ST and ES-MX4000). The StormArmour® giveaway kit includes materials for two panels only (two 49″ length devices) . Corner configurations and pocket doors are expressly excluded from the Campaign.
  6. Offer Limitations: This offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for credit or any other product.
  7. Device Assignment: The Company retains the sole and absolute right to determine which specific door in the qualifying order will be assigned the complimentary StormArmour® kit. This assignment decision is final and discretionary. The StormArmour® kit will be shipped after all forms are propertly submitted but will not be installed by the Company. Delivery will be made exclusively to the authorized dealer who placed the order. The Company shall bear no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay occurring during subsequent transportation or handling to the end customer
  8. Installation and Liability Disclaimer: The Company does NOT provide installation services for the StormArmour® system. The final
    customer is responsible for coordinating and bearing all costs associated with installation, labor, and final deployment directly through their authorized dealer. The Company shall bear no responsibility for property damage, personal injury, or any other losses arising from installation, handling, or use of the StormArmour® system, whether performed by the dealer or any third party.
  9. Warranty and Claims: The StormArmour® system is covered by a separate, limited warranty https://stormarmour.com/pages/limited-warranty. All claims must be submitted through the official claim link provided by the Company within five (5) business days of receipt, including a description of the issue and supporting evidence. If the Company determines that the issue resulted from a manufacturing or shipping defect, a replacement or missing parts will be provided at no cost. The homeowner must return the defective product to the Company’s Miami warehouse, and collection of the replacement shall be made through the dealer.
  10. Order Terms: All orders placed under this Campaign are subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms governing delivery, payment, and warranties, as outlined in the eSoft platform or applicable agreements. Orders must be fully paid before shipment of the StormArmour® kit. Delivery timelines for the StormArmour® kit will be communicated by the Company once determined and are estimated to be approximately four (4) weeks, depending on availability and logistics conditions.
